1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and vnpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://vnpkr.cam. By accessing, browsing or using any part of the vnpkr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the vnpkr website located at https://vnpkr.cam and any associated pages, services or content.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on or interacts with the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, welcome offer, free bet, free spin, cashback or other promotional incentive made available by the operator.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current and complete information as required during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vnpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are subject to the operator's policies regarding outstanding bets, pending withdrawals and bonus conditions. Accounts may also be closed by the Platform at its discretion for breach of these Terms or applicable policies.

5. Terms of Use

By using the vnpkr Platform, you agree to the following terms of use:

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the betting rules published by the operator at the time of placement. 6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Void & Cancelled Bets

Bets may be declared void or cancelled in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, result reversal, technical error, market suspension or evidence of manipulation. 6.4 Odds & Markets

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers and free bets displayed on vnpkr are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live promotions by the operator. Actual bonus availability, amounts, and all associated conditions are set and controlled by the operator, which may change or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. As an illustrative example: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets to be completed before withdrawal. 7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

Exceeding this limit — for example, placing a bet above PKR 500 per spin or PKR 1,000 per sports selection during an active bonus — may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. 7.4 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots may contribute 100% while table games such as blackjack or roulette may contribute 10% or less. The exact contribution percentages are set by the operator for each promotion.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. 11. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to vnpkr.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the vnpkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, guides, data compilations and software — is the property of vnpkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No material may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted or republished in any form without the prior express written consent of vnpkr.

The vnpkr name, logo and associated brand elements are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of any brand element is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vnpkr and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

vnpkr's aggregate liability for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to vnpkr in the twelve months preceding the claim, or PKR 5,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary operating licence. Users in Pakistan are advised that gambling is subject to significant restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and do not represent any claim that the Platform is licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction as determined by the operator's licence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

vnpkr reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
